I had two separate experiences with Rainbow Autos, and both were absolutely outstanding! The first time, they quickly and professionally fixed my broken window. The second time, my Tesla needed significant body work, and I was so impressed by the care and expertise they put into the job. Alan went above and beyond managing both projects. He kept me informed every step of the way and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The communication from the whole team was consistent and clear, which I really appreciated. I noticed that my car was louder than before so I assumed that it was time to get a transmission fluid change since it's been long overdue. I called rainbow auto and Mario told me that he could take care of me the same day. After a quick test drive he diagnosed the issue right away and notified me that it wasn't my transmission, instead it was a broken ball bearing that was making that sound that had been haunting me for weeks. He broke down the pricing in a clear and concise manner, ordered the part, and was very transparent about the issue. He also let me know that it wouldn't be dangerous to drive on while I waited for the part to arrive. Since the job has been completed, my car has been running seamlessly and I'm very thankful that Rainbow auto center made an often stressful situation so easy. Somebody broke two of my windows, and I found that this place offered a competitive price and was able to get the job done the very next day. Alan is great. I highly recommend working with him. He was transparent about the pricing for both parts and labor. He's attentive and goes above and beyond! I dropped off my car a little later in the day once the parts were ready, but they were still able to accommodate me and complete the work within a few hours. They even offered me a rideshare back home, which was amazing, and their lobby was well-stocked with drinks and snacks. ~ Jenny P

This is truly a business that cares about the customers. I experienced superior customer service. The work is exceptional and Allen exemplifies doing what ever it takes to make sure the customer leaves his business, satisfied and happy with their experience. I had my passenger side mirror replaced/repaired through Rainbow Autobody. I was very impressed with their quality of service, work and how quickly they completed the repair. I also called around to see if I could make an appointment to have my side mirror replaced/repair and the other places were booked for at least a week and Rainbow Autobody had the availability and did the work quickly. Called in to ask if they could look over a car I was thinking about purchasing. And while they don't typically offer the service I was asking about, the mechanic who answered the phone was really knowledgeable and counseled me on the pros and cons of the vehicle. I had a Brand new flashlight stolen right out of my car by one of the mechanics that was working on my car . until this is resolved i . Proplom was work out peter is a Great guy . I'm really happy with the way things was resolved thank you peter im so sorry !!! I brought my car to Rainbow and everyone there was super nice and professional. My car was completed in a timely manner. The process went exactly as Allen told me it would and when I got my car back it looked fantastic. I feel like my car looks better than it did eve before the accident. A drunk driver at 3am in the morning, hit my car and 3 others. Through insurance complications, finally was able to resolve and found Rainbow Auto Center as the preferred in-network body shop.
