I noticed that my car was louder than before so I assumed that it was time to get a transmission fluid change since it's been long overdue. I called rainbow auto and Mario told me that he could take care of me the same day. After a quick test drive he diagnosed the issue right away and notified me that it wasn't my transmission, instead it was a broken ball bearing that was making that sound that had been haunting me for weeks. He broke down the pricing in a clear and concise manner, ordered the part, and was very transparent about the issue. He also let me know that it wouldn't be dangerous to drive on while I waited for the part to arrive. Since the job has been completed, my car has been running seamlessly and I'm very thankful that Rainbow auto center made an often stressful situation so easy. Will definitely come back for my next repair and would recommend them to anyone including family members. ~ Phillip K
