Customer's reviews
My morning took a really dark turn when I did something I shouldn't have done and ended up tearing the spoiler off my Prius. It was only hanging by the cord to the light. I carefully taped the spoiler back onto the car and drove very slowly to Rainbow Auto Center in Hayward, hoping I wouldn't lose it along the way. Thankfully, the team at Rainbow Auto Center came to my rescue. They were kind, understanding, and quickly took care of the problem, getting my spoiler securely reattached. I was so relieved and grateful for their excellent service and willingness to help me out of a very stressful situation. Thank you for turning a terrible morning into one with a happy ending. Your professionalism and kindness were truly appreciated.

I noticed that my car was louder than before so I assumed that it was time to get a transmission fluid change since it's been long overdue. I called rainbow auto and Mario told me that he could take care of me the same day. After a quick test drive he diagnosed the issue right away and notified me that it wasn't my transmission, instead it was a broken ball bearing that was making that sound that had been haunting me for weeks.
He broke down the pricing in a clear and concise manner, ordered the part, and was very transparent about the issue. He also let me know that it wouldn't be dangerous to drive on while I waited for the part to arrive.
Since the job has been completed, my car has been running seamlessly and I'm very thankful that Rainbow auto center made an often stressful situation so easy. Will definitely come back for my next repair and would recommend them to anyone including family members.

I had two separate experiences with Rainbow Autos, and both were absolutely outstanding! The first time, they quickly and professionally fixed my broken window. The second time, my Tesla needed significant body work, and I was so impressed by the care and expertise they put into the job.
Alan went above and beyond managing both projects. He kept me informed every step of the way and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The communication from the whole team was consistent and clear, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this reliable, honest, and efficient.
Highly recommend Rainbow Autos to anyone needing auto body work — especially if you’re looking for quality results.
