This is truly a business that cares about the customers. I experienced superior customer service. The work is exceptional and Allen exemplifies doing what ever it takes to make sure the customer leaves his business, satisfied and happy with their experience. I had two separate experiences with Rainbow Autos, and both were absolutely outstanding! The first time, they quickly and professionally fixed my broken window. Somebody broke two of my windows, and I found that this place offered a competitive price and was able to get the job done the very next day. Alan is great. I highly recommend working with him. He was transparent about the pricing for both parts and labor. He's attentive and goes above and beyond! I dropped off my car a little later in the day once the parts were ready, but they were still able to accommodate me and complete the work within a few hours. They even offered me a rideshare back home, which was amazing, and their lobby was well-stocked with drinks and snacks. ~ Jenny P
